The government should stop poking their noses where they don't belong. Fishermen know their profession better than anyone else. Farmers know their profession better than anyone else. These fishermen have already figured out where they can and cannot fish based on what makes sense to keep their profession and the environment sustainable. It's going to be a disaster when suddenly everyone has to go to a less regulated area and fishes that area clean n empty.
